We asked to Riccardo Giacconi, artist winner of ArteVisione 2016, to choose for Caterina an artist's work which has particularly inspired him and has similarities with his work. He chose I usually live abroad by Paolo Pennuti. For the intro of this Caterina edition, Riccardo selected three images from his archive, which establish a visual and thematic dialogue with the Paolo's video: the first image consists of a page took from Utriusque Cosmi, Maioris scilicet et Minoris, metaphysica, physica, atque technica Historia by Robert Fludd (1617-1621); the second image is a detail from tapestry made by Bayeux that shows the observation of Halley's Comet in 1066; the third image it's a photograph made with the Hubble Space Telescope and represents the "Einstein Cross", a product of the galaxy ZW 2237 +030 and quasar G2237 +0305, that sits directly behind of it.
