Careof presents the volume Diario critico bisestile dell'anno 2000 (2012) by Francesco Tedeschi, published by Campanotto Editore. On this occasion, the author is joined by curator Gabi Scardi and art historian and critic Roberto Pinto. Bio
Francesco Tedeschi has been Associate Professor of Contemporary Art History since 2000 at the Faculty of Humanities and Philosophy of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. An art historian and critic, his main areas of research include 19th- and 20th-century sculpture, the historical avant-gardes, and the relationships between Italian and American art in the post-war period. He has conducted monographic studies on Italian artists of the second half of the 20th century, published in monographs and exhibition catalogues. His recent studies are particularly focused on exploring interdisciplinary relationships between art and music and between art and geography. Many of these themes are reflected in the notes of this diary.
